So I think I’ve already mentioned that I am in love with using layered templates to make my digi layouts. I haven’t actually tried making a layout from scratch yet. I can spend more time learning new PS techniques instead of trying to figure out where to put my pics. I worked on another layout yesterday and even though it took a LONG time once again, I learned new things! I didn’t do too much experimenting with techniques this time. I did learn how to change the color of an element this time. The stitches on the first page are in the original color of the element. I had to change them to work on the second page. It was FUN and EASY! It’s amazing what you can do with a few color value changes. I also learned about how to thicken my photo mats that were pre-made in the template.
